Minute 1–2: settle your body
Sit or lie down comfortably. Breathe slowly and let your attention move away from screens, messages and the day’s noise.
Minute 3–4: name the intention
Choose one outcome and state it in one sentence. Avoid changing goals during the meditation.
Minute 5–7: visualize a short scene
Imagine a moment that would naturally happen if the goal were real. See where you are, what you hear and how you respond.
Minute 8: feel a believable emotion
Aim for calm certainty, relief or gratitude rather than forcing extreme excitement.
Minute 9: repeat one statement
Use one affirmation or manifestation code as an anchor.
Minute 10: choose one action
Before you finish, decide what you will do today that supports the intention. Then open your eyes and move on with your day.

Five to fifteen minutes is enough for most people.
Do I need music?
No. Music can help you relax, but silence works too.
Can I meditate on multiple goals?
